Dr. Andrei Quintiá-Pastrana (Galicia, Spain) is a postdoctoral researcher in the EVICT project and the Department of Legal Methods (Faculty of Law), University of Groningen. His main fields of research are public law, housing law, algorithm law and empirical research methods. He defended his PhD thesis on the Spanish constitutional right to housing on the 20th of December 2021.
Andrei moved to Groningen to conduct postdoctoral research on the value and interpretation of the right to housing in a context of growing digitalisation and automation of welfare.
